An inventory of current applications, servers, security needs, network domain and data requirements. Existing infrastructure is catalogued and an opinion of the required infrastructure for the future will be provided.

The purpose of this phase is to validate the steps taken so far within our client's environment. McNair will establish a road-map for growth with our client's IT environment. This assessment is concerned with 6 areas:

The ultimate goal of this phase is to identify any gaps within the existing environment. This will in turn provide our clients with the needed knowledge to address these gaps. McNair can also provide expertise in the area of Human Resource capacity planning.
