Informatics Professional Services Supplier Agreement

McNair is qualified under a Supplier Arrangement to provide Informatics Professional Services directly to Federal Government agencies, departments, and Crown Corporations in the Western Region.

This Supplier Arrangement is for engagements for Informatics Professional Services in the following areas:

Project Manager	Technology Architect	Programmer Analyst
Project Leader	Technology Analyst	Programmer

How it Works:

• For Requirements estimated at $100,000 or less, authorized clients may sole-source the work non-competitively, or invite limited number of firms to respond.
• For requirements between $100,000 and $400,000, a competitive RFP process can be conducted, limited to qualified SA Holders like McNair Business Development Inc.

Federal Government On-Line Initiative Supplier Agreement
Supply Arrangement No.: EN537-01GOL3/527/EL

The Government On-Line (GOL) initiative aims to support the federal government’s commitment to provide Canadians with online access to federal government information and services. GOL seeks to help improve the quality of interaction between Canadians and the government by providing convenient access to information and services, and making easy for citizens and businesses to find what they need.

Since 2003, McNair has a Supplier Arrangement for delivering “Composite Solutions” to all authorized Federal Government of Canada Departments, agencies, and institutions under Federal Government On-line Initiatives. Composite solutions refers to project-style, delivery-based contracts, where McNair can be contracted for a value-based price to carry out projects and initiatives related to moving government information and services online.

McNair has qualified to deliver Composite Solutions in the following categories:
Band 1 - Requirements not exceeding $250,000
Band 2 - Requirements estimated between $250,000 and $2,000,000

How it works:

• For requirements estimated at $84,000 or less, a minimum of three (3) Supply Arrangement Holders must be invited to compete.
• For requirements exceeding $84,000, all qualified Supply Arrangement holders will be invited to compete.

Provincial Crown Corporations:

McNair has provided professional services in the areas of business strategy development, business process analysis, and business system development to several provincial government agencies and crown corporations. McNair is pre-qualified for supplying professional services to several provincial Crown Corporations across a number of business streams related to business strategy development, business process analysis, and business systems development.
