Doug McNair, President MSc, MBA, ICD.D
Doug McNair is President. Mr. McNair has extensive management and business consulting experience in the areas of corporate governance, business strategy, business performance, and business systems for clients in Canada and the US, in both the private and public sectors. He has advised on new business strategies, new business models, the creation of new business ventures and the transformation of existing business to become innovative. As an entrepreneur, Mr. McNair's experience includes establishing, advising and investing in the establishment of a number of successful new business ventures.
Mr. McNair has a MBA from Richard Ivey School of Business in London Ontario, and has earned the Institute of Corporate Directors certified director designation. He is a current member of the Regina Regional Economic Development Board and is a certified soccer coach.

Shanna McNair, Vice-President, Finance B.Comm, CA, CMA
Shanna McNair is Vice-President, Finance. Ms. McNair is responsible for the financial management and reporting of McNair Business Development Inc., and provides financial management and accounting services to clients.
Ms. McNair has over twenty years of experience in the public and private sectors. Her experience ranges from auditing government departments, agencies and Crown corporations, to assisting in the set up and management of a new computerized accounting system for a Crown corporation, to being a financial analyst with a large agricultural private company. Ms. McNair enjoyed teaching accounting classes as a sessional lecturer at the University of Regina.
Ms. McNair has a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Saskatchewan, and is a Chartered Accountant and a Certified Management Accountant. She volunteers extensively at her children's schools.

David Stewart, Director, Business Development, Senior Business Consultant
Mr. Stewart is Director, Business Development and a Senior Business Consultant. David has been President of DDC Consulting Services Inc. since 1992 and was most recently leading Business Development projects with a Saskatchewan Crown corporation. Previously, David held senior positions in several consulting firms and a number of management positions within the Saskatchewan Government.
David has diverse experience in strategic and business planning, organizational effectiveness, business process improvement, market studies and analysis, project financing, project management and supply chain management. He has worked with a wide range of private sector firms, federal and provincial ministries and Crowns, as well as First Nations and international clients. David looks forward to making a difference with our clients and in growing the province.

Jennifer Bergquist, Administrative and Accounting Assistant B.B.A.
Jennifer Bergquist joined McNair in May of 2009 as an Administrative and Accounting Assistant. She obtained her Bachelor of Business Administration majoring in accounting from the University of Regina in 2006. Along with her education, Ms. Bergquist has gained valuable experience through her previous employment in both the public and private sectors. She supports the Vice President, Finance with accounting as well as general office administration.
Jennifer is a youth leader with her church and the treasurer for her condo association, any spare time after that is spent with her family at the lake.

Tricia Gilliss, Business Analyst B.B.A.
Tricia Gilliss joined McNair as a Business Analyst in January of 2009. Ms. Gilliss earned her Bachelor of Business Administration with a major in Marketing from the Paul J. Hill School of Business. Along with her education, Ms. Gilliss has gained valuable experience through her previous employment in the public, private, and not-for-profit sectors in Saskatchewan and Alberta. She has experience with marketing, communications, public relations, as well as taxation. Ms. Gilliss supports our consultants with research, analysis and the preparation of proposals and business plans.
While passionate about Saskatchewan, a love of travel has lead Ms. Gilliss to live, work, and study around the world.

Joel Graham, Business Analyst B.B.A.
Joel Graham joined McNair Business Development in May of 2009. He has obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration Degree with a major in Marketing from the Paul J. Hill School of Business. Mr. Graham was a two-time Deans List Award Recipient and was also presented the Academic Gold Scholarship in 2006. Along with his education, Mr. Graham has gained valuable international experience through his previous employment in both the public and private sectors. In his previous work, he gained knowledge in all aspects of marketing, entrepreneurship, sales, as well as, primary and secondary research. Mr. Graham supports our consultants with research, analysis, and the preparation of proposals and business plans.
Outside of the office, Mr. Graham is very passionate about travelling and the Saskatchewan Roughriders. He is also an active member of the Regina Basketball Community.

Rachelle Holterman, Senior Business Consultant B. Admin
Rachelle Holterman is a Senior Business Consultant with McNair. Ms. Holterman has experience in developing business strategies, strategic and operational plans, performance management plans, and marketing and communications plans. More than that, Ms. Holterman has experience in taking these plans and providing the operational support and management to drive them through implementation. She works closely with clients to make things happen quickly through effective organization, management and communications. Ms. Holterman particularly enjoys supporting the establishment of new business ventures and initiatives from business planning through to operational reality.
Ms. Holterman has a Bachelor of Administration from the University of Regina. She is also a dance instructor in the community.

Tyler LeCouffe, Senior Business Systems Consultant
Tyler LeCouffe is a Senior Business Systems Consultant with McNair. Mr. LeCouffe provides extensive technical knowledge through over 10 years of consulting and entreprenuerial endeavours. Mr. LeCouffe has a diverse experience in software development as well as business analysis, providing a well rounded mix in both the technology and the business community.

Stephen Malawski, Senior Business Systems Consultant B.Sc
Stephen Malawski is a Senior Business Systems Consultant with McNair Business Development Inc. Stephen supports our existing projects, and works on new opportunities involving technology. Stephen has over 12 years of experience as an applications analyst, a systems integrator and has been a part business owner and IT manager for a collections firm.

Emily McNair, Business Analyst
Emily McNair joined the McNair team in September of 2007 as an Administrative Assistant, and began work as a Business Analyst in May of 2009. She is currently studying in the area of Business Administration at the Paul J. Hill School of Business, and is planning to major in Marketing in the Winter of 2010. Ms. McNair provides support to the other business consultants and analysts, as well as in the areas of contact database management, support to the marketing program for the firm, and client feedback. Emily's youthful enthusiasm and keen interest in the Business World adds to the culture at McNair Business Development.
Emily has many interests outside of university and work including dancing and singing and is a part time dance teacher at Applause Dance Academy.

Leslie Moldenhauer, Project Manager / Quality Analyst / Privacy Officer
Leslie Moldenhauer is a Project Manager / Quality Analyst / Privacy Officer with McNair Business Development. Ms. Moldenhauer assists McNair's client delivery group with a variety of diverse projects. Ms. Moldenhauer is also the Privacy Officer for McNair, and has the responsibility as the Management System Assistant.
Ms. Moldenhauer has been with McNair for 13 years, during which time she has been involved in many aspects of the business. As Management System Assistant, Ms. Moldenhauer works closely with the Management System Lead to ensure that McNair is continually improving the management system therefore improving customer satisfaction.

Jessica Nixon, Business Consultant B.B.A.
Jessica Nixon is a Business Consultant with McNair. Ms. Nixon's role within the consulting team includes development of consulting proposals, identification and initial scoping of projects, project management, development of business plans, operational plans, governance strategies and the like. Ms. Nixon also has experience coordinating stakeholders, implementing business functions and providing operational support to new ventures.
Through her role as an Internal Auditor Ms. Nixon works to ensure that the McNair Business Development Management System is effective and meeting the needs of employees and the firm.
Ms. Nixon enjoys working on multiple projects through her involvement with the business and aboriginal consulting practices. Jessica takes pride in Saskatchewan and is pleased to be contributing to the business community through her role at McNair.
Ms. Nixon holds a Certificate in Economics in addition to her Bachelor of Business Administration Degree with a major in Finance. Through her involvement with farming operations Jessica has developed a keen interest in agriculture. She also volunteers and is involved in various sporting activities in her community.

Deana Puff, Office Manager / Quality Analyst
Deana Puff is Office Manager / Quality Analyst and assists the President and Vice President, Finance for McNair Business Development Inc. Ms. Puff has 15 years experience in the private sector pertaining to accounting, administration, technology and quality systems. Ms. Puff holds a Diploma in computerized accounting systems, and continues her studies pertaining to accounting and quality systems.
Ms. Puff received Internal Quality Auditor Certificate in ISO 9001:2000 in January 2004, which provides the framework for the MBD Management System. She is a member of ASQ (American Society for Quality).
As Management System Lead for McNair, Ms. Puff oversees a team of internal auditors. Much of the work over the past 4 years has been developing Quality Management Practices and organizational effectiveness. She works directly with employees, management and clients to transfer quality principals to improve customer satisfaction, competitiveness and financial performance by understanding the link between quality improvement and performance.
Ms. Puff is involved and volunteers regularly in her children's extra curricular and school activities.

Nathan Sudom, Business Analyst B.Comm
Nathan has a commerce degree from U of S with a major in finance and accounting. He has helped manage his father’s seed business. Nathan is a Business Analyst and helps our consultants with research, analysis and the preparation of proposals and business plans.
Nathan is currently undertaking level I in the CFA program and is an active volunteer with the Regina Humane Society.

Crystal Zorn, Business Consultant B.Admin, MBA
Crystal joined McNair in 2008 as a Business Consultant. In addition to her Masters of Business Administration from the University of Regina, Miss Zorn also holds a Bachelor of Administration Degree and a Certificate in Economics. Her past roles include experience within the financial services industry and the provincial government. Miss Zorn is particularly excited about economic growth in Saskatchewan and the work McNair does within the province.
In her spare time, Miss Zorn enjoys travelling and volunteering within her community. She is also an avid fan of the Saskatchewan Roughriders.

Moe Martin, Associate, Senior Project Manager
Moe Martin is a Project Management Professional with over 20 years experience in the information technology field. He has broad-based management experience in information technology with a realistic understanding of business and technological constraints and opportunities. For over 13 years, Moe focused his career on project management, specializing in managing and delivering quality software products and systems, process and quality improvement, and methodology implementation. Since March 2002, Moe has been sharing his expertise as a presenter of Project Management theory and its practical application through training sessions and private client consultation.
Moe holds a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Saskatchewan. He joined the PMI in September 1997, and received his PMP designation in 1999. Committed to the community, Moe performs volunteer work as a Lifetime member of the Telephone Pioneers of America, served as the Assistant Vice President of Strategy & Planning for the Executive Organizing Committee for the 2003 Grey Cup, and served as the Vice President Professional Certification on the Regina/South Saskatchewan PMI Chapter Board of Directors from June 2000 to October 2003.

David Reside, Associate, Senior Project Manager, Business Analyst, Systems Analyst
David is a Senior Project Manager / Business and Systems Analyst with over 12 years independent consulting experience and 25 years business management experience in a variety of fields, with a proven track record in: Project planning, management and quality assurance, organizational change management, business case development, business process development and integration, RFP development and national system and infrastructure deployment and support.
David operated for over 10 years in a highly regulated environment, completing six major systems and operations initiatives and many additional medium and smaller projects. His excellent communication skills and broad based systems and business knowledge provide for a unique ability to understand business requirements and the suitability of solutions required to meet them.
