Business Analysts:
We are looking for junior and mid-to-senior level Business Analysts (IT) to work with our team to provide high value services to our clients. This person(s) will play an integral role in the success of the business systems area in our firm.

Responsibilities could include:
- Coordinate and facilitate user group meetings.
- Develop a working knowledge of client applications and understand of business use.
- Transfer knowledge to client staff and others as appropriate.
- Coordinate upgrade activities, if applicable.
- Organize application training for user groups and support staff as required.
- Manage the relationship with users, customers, and vendors
- Develop test plans and coordinate ongoing user testing activities.
- Coordinate with project teams to transition systems into support services.
- Provide business process analysis and business process development, and documentation; including:
- Perform business analysis to define needs and requirements
- Documenting and diagramming requirements
- Acting as an advisor for to McNair business consultants and project managers in the areas of business analysis and process improvement
Abilities:
- Manage own workload: set priorities and schedules and assess workload
- Provide timely and regular advice to their manager regarding progress on projects, proposals, and developing prospects
- Understanding of business process analysis and documentation
- Ability to communicate business process methods and business process to clients
- Strong analysis and relationship-building skills.
